Under the Florida Condominium Act (Chapter 718), members are entitled to inspect official records. You can find governing documents, meeting minutes, financials, and forms in our Documents portal, or submit a written records request to the property manager.
Assessment payment options and current amounts are provided by the management office. Log in to the Resident Portal or contact the property manager for your account details and accepted payment methods.
Yes. The Preserve is a pet-friendly community. Residents are asked to follow the pet provisions in the Rules & Regulations, including leash and clean-up requirements, to keep our shared grounds pleasant for everyone.
Residents enjoy a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts, walking trails, landscaped grounds, and nature preserve views — all within a gated, professionally managed community.
Board and membership meetings are noticed in accordance with Florida statutes and the association's bylaws. Notices and agendas are posted in advance and shared through the community's official channels and the Documents page.
Please report common-area maintenance concerns to the management office at (813) 631-1962 or mevans@yesmgmtservices.com. For emergencies that threaten life or property, call 911 first, then notify management.
Architectural and unit modification requests are reviewed per the governing documents. Download the appropriate request form from the Documents page and submit it to the property manager for board review.
The Preserve is located at 7855 E Fletcher Ave, Temple Terrace, FL 33637 — a convenient location near USF and I-75, with easy access to Tampa's shopping, dining, and medical centers.
The Resident Portal provides secure access to documents, announcements, and account information. Residents can request credentials from the management office; new portal features are being rolled out for the community.
