About us

A preserve to call home

The story, values, and stewardship behind our gated community of 392 residences in Temple Terrace, Florida.

Our story

Rooted in nature since 1999.

The Preserve at Temple Terrace was established in 1999 as a gated condominium community designed to sit in harmony with the protected greenspace around it. Over the years it has grown into a close-knit neighborhood of 392 residences, where the convenience of Tampa is balanced by the quiet of the preserve.

Today the community is professionally managed and governed by a member-elected board, operating in step with the Florida Condominium Act to keep records transparent and decisions accountable to residents.
